I'm not entirely convinced: I don't personally find "synergy" in any of these things. Although I do like them, ideal pairs for me would be Egg & French fries, fish & parsley sauce, coffee & toast. I think it's much more about personal taste.

Eggs are super healthy, and so is bacon if you don't burn it to a crisp. The former's reputation has been fraudulently tarnished by the sugar industry (just like all cheap and tasty food that doesn't contain added sugars or sweeteners), and the latter doesn't have sufficient scientific backing to make any such claim at all. Eat eggs. Eat butter. Eat meat. Prevent insulin resistance and diabetes, and live a long life full of tasty meals.
Addendum: Fat doesn't make you fat, your endocrine system does. "Bad" cholesterol in food has no impact, because our bodies build that stuff themselves, according to our needs.

Also the best way to fry an egg is in bacon grease same for hash browns and various other foods. Growing up my parents saved bacon grease to use in future cooking and I do the same thing myself nowadays.

I've never understood this hype about umami, I was never able to taste it and food that's supposed to be umami feels like nothing special to me. I don't even like bacon and eggs. Bacon is overrated. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with my tastebuds or if that's one of those things scientists are wrong about, but I'll believe umami is a thing when I'm able to taste it myself. This video doesn't convince me.

I've always wondered why people eat oysters. Still not going to try them.
Clam chowder is a tasty alternative that's pretty similar, if you like creamy soup.
This will probably change in a number of generations due to the extreme unhealthy nature of bacon. There is no real survival benefit of liking protein that much anymore to most of human population to counterweigt the healt issues associated with eating smoked or burned flesh and fat.
